Spanish Yellow Rice mixed with Pink or Pinto Beans (mushy rice).

HABICHUELAS GUISADAS

Traditional Puerto Rican-style beans made in a tomato based sauce with sofrito, potatoes, onions, peppers, olives, cilantro, and other spices

Choice of Beans: Pink Beans, Pinto Beans, Pigeon Peas


Chef Diaz's Pastelillos (Empanadas)

In Puerto Rico we call them Pastelillos or Empanadillas. Here in the states many know them as Empanadas. They are a traditional deep-fried turnover filled with any of the following fillings:

Carne Molida (Ground Beef)

Ground Beef, Sofrito, Potatoes, Cilantro, Onions, Garlic, Spices. Plain or with Cheese (American and Mozzarella).

Queso (Cheese)

Choose your Cheese filling: Yellow or White American, Mozzarella, Provolone, Cheddar,  Colby Jack, Pepper Jack

Pollo (Chicken)

Chicken, Sofrito, Potatoes, Cilantro, Onions, Garlic, Spices. Plain or with Cheese (American and Mozzarella).

Italiano (Italian Style)

Pizza - Pizza Sauce & Mozzarella Cheese (with or w/o pepperoni)

Lasagna - Ground Beef, Pasta Sauce, Swizz & Mozzarella Cheeses

Main entrees

Pernil Asado (Roasted Pork)

Slow-roasted for 6-8 hours, this Pork Picnic Shoulder comes shredded and topped with cuerito (crispy crackling pieces).

Half Tray

Feeds 10-15 people

Full Tray

Feeds 25-30 people


Camarones al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp)

Shrimp sautéed in a butter sauce with garlic, onions, mixed peppers, and olives


Carne Frita (Fried Pork)

Fried Pork Chunks sautéed with onions, garlic and cilantro


Costillas de Cerdo con Salsa BBQ (Pork Ribs with BBQ Sauce)

Oven Roasted Pork Spare Ribs or Baby Back Ribs. Prefer to have them grilled? No problem! Order them Plain | BBQ | Spicy BBQ


Chueltas de Cerdo (Pork Chops)

Deep-fried Pork Chops. Prefer to have them grilled? No problem! Order them Plain | BBQ | Spicy BBQ - Minimum order is (6).


Pollo Asado (Oven Roasted Chicken)

Half Chicken | Whole Chicken | Half Tray feeds 10-15 | Full Tray feeds 25-30 | Order it Plain | BBQ | Spicy BBQ


Pollo Guisado (Chicken Stew)

Chicken stew made with boneless chicken thighs, simmered in tomato sauce with onions, peppers, potatoes, olives, cilantro and other spices


Chicharron de Pollo (Fried Chicken Chunks)

Fried chicken pieces mixed of wings, drumsticks, breast, thighs etc.


Chef Diaz's Pinchos (Grilled Shish-Kabobs)

Grilled Kabobs served with garlic bread pieces. Choose from Chicken or Pork. Minimum Order (6) Order them Plain | BBQ | Spicy BBQ


Yuca al Ajillo (Cassava)

Cassava is a tropical root vegetable similar to a potato. These cassava pieces are boiled and then sautéed with onions, green peppers, garlic and olive oil.

DESSERTS

Flan de Queso (Cheese Flan)

Creamy caramel custard dessert made with cream cheese


Flancocho (Flan Cake)

Creamy caramel custard dessert layered with cake -- Choose your own cake batter


Coquito (Puerto Rican Coconut Eggnog)

This creamy and delicious traditional beverage is served primarily during the holidays! It is made with coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, and cinnamon. Prefer to spike it up a bit? Add your own White or Dark Rum.
